Performance Lab: Swim Lab February 4, 11, 18, 25 | 12:30 – 1:45 pm | Adult Pool $200 per 4-week session The Swim Lab is a 4-week development experience combining swim-specific dryland training with a coached Masters swim for a complete, performance-focused workout. Led by Hayden Robison, Aquatics Director, and Jodi Doty, Certified Personal Trainer, this program is designed for swimmers of all ability levels looking to build strength, improve efficiency, and support long-term performance in the water. Each session begins with targeted fitness training focused on mobility, core stability, and injury prevention, with special emphasis on shoulders, hips, and core to support efficient strokes and endurance. Following the fitness portion, participants transition into a structured 45-minute Masters swim featuring coached sets, technique cues, and conditioning tailored to individual ability levels. This lab is ideal for swimmers training for fitness, competition, or longevity.
