Performance Lab: Tennis Lab February 2, 9, 16, 23 | 10:30 – 11:45 am | Tennis Courts $200 per 4-week session Designed to elevate movement, mechanics, and overall on-court performance, the Tennis Lab is a 4-week development experience combining tennis-specific fitness training with expert instruction. Led by Joe Rosa, Director of Racquet Sports, and Amee Foss, Certified Personal Trainer, this program is open to players of all skill levels who want to move better, build strength, and refine technique. Each week focuses on mobility, agility, power, and injury prevention while directly applying those improvements to match-ready tennis skills. Weekly Training Focus: Week 1: Balance and Mobility with Serve and Return Week 2: Mobility and Agility with Groundstrokes and Rally Control Week 3: Agility and Shoulder Strength with Net Play and Transitional Movement Week 4: Shoulder Strength and Endurance with Approach Shots, Patterns, and Point Construction Each session includes: ✔ 30 minutes of tennis-specific fitness training ✔ 45 minutes of on-court tennis instruction immediately following the fitness session Registration Details: Space limited to the first 12 participants Attend one 4-week session or continue month to month Drop-in rate of $65 per day if the clinic is not full No make-up dates 48-hour email cancellation required prior to the first class of the month To cancel, email amee.foss@invitedclubs.com
